The program is implemented according to the curriculum of the Public Open University approved by the Ministry of Science and Education.

  • Competences that the participant acquires at the end of the program:
  • prepare basic ingredients and accessories for the preparation of desserts
  • maintain tools, appliances and devices in a proper manner
  • prepare simpler desserts
  • to help with the preparation and cooking of more complex desserts
  • store food in an appropriate manner
  • perform preparatory and auxiliary tasks in confectionery in a proper and professional manner
  • apply the rules of personal hygiene, hygiene of premises, devices and accessories
  • apply safety measures at work, fire protection and provide basic first aid, and use the necessary protective means and equipment
