The program is implemented according to the curriculum of the Public Open University approved by the Ministry of Science and Education.
Duration:
- 152 school hours (theoretical classes, exercises, practical classes)
Competences that the participant acquires at the end of the program:
- differentiate and choose food products according to quality, composition, origin and properties
- helping with the preparation, cooking, presentation and serving of simple and complex dishes
- carry out technological procedures for cooking (cooking, stewing, baking, etc.)
- use and maintain kitchen machines, accessories, tools and appliances in a correct manner
- apply the rules of personal hygiene, hygiene of premises, devices and accessories and implement protective measures
- apply the rules of occupational safety, fire protection and first aid, until the arrival of an expert
